Vernon Manor Cooperative Apartments Section II, established in 1951, is one of Westchester County’s pristine co-op communities.  Located in Mount Vernon, New York, our property offers two buildings, seven stories each, many floorplans and a number of amenities.  This ideal location has great shopping, restaurants and recreation, all located nearby and is just a short train ride away from New York City.
